Ergane LLC is a legal efficiency consultancy owned by Damian Guzman. It is a consulting company, not a law firm; it does not practice law and does not provide legal advice. This policy covers erganelegal.com and describes what information this site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The contact form collects your name, your email address, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send. The site collects nothing else about you: it runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no session recording, and it sets no tracking cookies.
We use what you send to respond to you, to evaluate whether an engagement makes sense, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers described below.
Webflow, Inc. hosts this site and processes form submissions on our behalf, under its data processing addendum. Cloudflare, Inc. provides Turnstile bot protection on the form, which evaluates limited technical signals such as your IP address, browser characteristics, and the page you are on, solely to tell people from bots. The site’s typefaces are currently delivered through the Google Fonts service, which receives your IP address when a page loads; we are moving font delivery to our own hosting. Loading this page also transmits your IP address to the content delivery networks that serve the site’s files.
Form submissions are retained for as long as we need them to respond and to keep ordinary business records. Write to us through the form or by email and we will delete your submission unless we are required to keep it.
If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us through the form on this site.
This site is for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
