The site describes Ergane’s consulting services and publishes writing on legal efficiency. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted by conduct; consulting engagements begin only when both sides sign a written agreement.
Ergane LLC is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using the site, by contacting us, or by any consulting engagement. Ergane LLC is a separate company from FTE Legal, a Social Purpose Corporation (a law firm), and from Ariadni LLC (a software company). If you need legal advice, retain a lawyer.
Any services Ergane provides are governed by the written agreement covering that engagement, not by these terms. If these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
The content of this site, including its text, articles, marks, and design, belongs to Ergane LLC. You may read and share links to it; you may not republish it commercially without permission.
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content may be out of date or contain errors, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ergane LLC and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, and our total aggregate liability arising out of the site will not exceed one hundred dollars. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this site, and you consent to venue there.
